Selected candidates are directly employed by the Healthcare, organization or institution.

There is a minimum two year contract between the employer and the candidate.

AIL pre-screens the candidates personally as well as professionally. AIL then submits the candidates profiles for the employer's review and makes arrangements for the employer interview for their final selection.

Candidates possess a minimum of 2 to over 10 years of experience in specialty areas.They are often presently working and looking to relocate.

There are also newly graduated candidates with less experience.

It is up to the employer and the employee to extend their employment relationship.

There is a prorated penalty on hired candidates and AIL will find a replacement. 

AIL's hired professionals have a 95% contract completion rate.

Our Meet and Greet program will make the travel arrangements, schedule transportation from airport, assist in housing, and introduction to the employer and the local area. We assist the hired candidate in order to make their transition easier.

The hired candidates have local / international experience in acute care; however the orientation and training is subject to the employer's requirements.

AIL began its placements in United Kingdom, then expanded to New York. AIL is now expanding its placement client base.

There is no fee until the candidate reports to work. Fee schedules can be discussed.
