Ed brings a history of dealing with each  organization and individual as a person with due recognition, dignity and respect. Working with the Administrators or staff persons in medical facilities or the individual professional in search of rewarding and meaningful employment Ed sees his task as the facilitator of a qualitative partnership. His experience includes lecturing as a college professor, senior management for over 30 years and consultant and conference facilitator in local and international settings. He serves others by enabling them to make authentic choices and decisions leading to success and fruitful utilization of abilities and skills. He values integrity, dedication and clear communication as the basis for effective team work.
